When Stephen Tallents became GPO Public Relations Manager in 1933, he decided to push the use of posters to carry information from the Post Office to the public. The posters used in our colourful selection of magnets encourage careful packing of parcels, posting early in the day, and why working for the postal service is a good job because "Everybody's pleased to see the Postman".
