Our exciting new web shop will be available soon, we apologise for the delay.
If you have a discount code as advertised in the May edition of the BPMA Newsletter you can still obtain a discount by ordering by telephone or post [see below for details]. Please quote the discount code when placing your order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Once the new web shop is available we will be offering a 20% discount to all customers with a discount code until 31 July 2011. Please keep checking this website for further information.
How to order and pay
To purchase any product in the BPMA online shop, you can:

Buy online via Google Checkout - just click the 'Add to basket' button for any product to add it to your shopping basket. Please note that you will need to have a Google Checkout account (there is an opportunity to create one from the checkout page);

Visit The Royal Mail Archive to pay by card, cash or cheque (during all normal opening times);

Send us your order and cheque payable to 'Postal Heritage Services Ltd' to the address below.

Call the BPMA shop on 020 7239 5125 to pay by card. Most cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Cards are valid.
Please note that Friends of the BPMA should order by post or phone or using their discount code in order to qualify for their 15% discount. Discount does not apply to Gift sets.
We aim to fulfil all orders within 5 working days of an order being placed. If any orders are required more quickly or by a specific date please do contact us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate it.

All orders are sent standard first class mail, unless you request Special Delivery.

Refund Policy
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods we will refund your payment to you or replace the offending goods. We will carry out this action within 5 working days. Some bank transfer refunds/cheque clearances may take some time to clear subsequent to our action. We will bear the costs of postage in this instance.
You are entitled to change your mind about your purchase during the 14 days subsequent to the order being placed. We will refund your payment on receipt of the goods back at The British Postal Museum & Archive in the same condition that they were sent out in. In this instance we will not cover the costs of postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
